Definition of Member and Non-Member
Neither an organization nor a business may be a member of AFP, membership is offered to individuals only. Therefore, the member rate refers to any organization or business that employs an individual who is a current member of the AFP Southern Arizona Chapter.
An individual whose membership has lapsed is considered a non-member. Third parties, such as recruiting firms, and employment agencies, are considered non-members, and subject to the non-member rate even though they may be representing an organization that employs a current member.
