Spirit of Philanthropy Awards

The National Philanthropy Day Committee invites you to help us publically recognize the philanthropist(s) you know who exemplify the spirit of giving. The Spirit of Philanthropy Awards recognize those who demonstrate philanthropy through their contributions of time, efforts and/or resources. If you know someone who demonstrates the true spirit of generosity, you can recognize their efforts on National Philanthropy Day.

How it works

Choose one or more donors you would like to honor.
Notify them of you intent to honor them at the event, and ensure you have their permission.
Fill-out the Spirit of Philanthropy paperwork and return it with payment by June 25, 2010 to ensure listing in Tucson Lifestyle magazine. Otherwise, submissions will be accepted until October 1, 2010 for inclusion in the event program.
Your honoree will receive their award on-stage during the Spirit of Philanthropy presentation at National Philanthropy Day.

It is more important than ever to recognize the outstanding contributions of those individuals and/or organizations that go above and beyond on behalf of your organization.

There is a $75.00 charge for each honoree to cover the cost of the recognition award and production of the presentation. This $75.00 charge does not cover the cost of tickets/tables for your awardee(s) or other members of your organization. To ensure there is space available, consider purchasing your tickets/tables when you submit your Spirit of Philanthropy award.
